Why did the customer contact us?

100 year old brick foundation was leaking tremendously. Customer wanted to remodel basement but required a great amount of waterproofing first. Lots of storm surface water and ground-water seepage was getting into the basement from the front facing wall and a very deteriorated concrete floor slab.

Solutions provided:

On the floor we repaired multiple cracks, holes and dents, then waterproofed / re-surfaced the floor slab (floor-overlaying). On the walls we build-up and re-surfaced the wall with our unique modified-mortar material. We then applied our state-of-the-art / innovative waterproofing solution to deeply penetrate the foundation wall and floor- to- wall joint. We sealed and permanently stopped the leaks from inside the basement.
